When High Schoolers Skip Their Way To Graduation

Earlier this week, in a disconcerting look at the schools in Montgomery County, Maryland, it was reported that large numbers of high school seniors are graduating despite repeatedly skipping required classes. There are at least three facets of all this that deserve note.
