If The NCAA Does Not Reform Its Athlete Endorsement Rules, The Monopolist Trade Association May Crumble


Three weeks have passed since the California governor signed into law the Fair Pay to Play Act and nearly one dozen states have proposed similar bills to allow college athletes to sign endorsement deals. Yet, the NCAA still has not presented a reasonable path toward liberalizing its own rules.
